Station Gate offer our valued customers with the following options:

FAULTY GOODS

If there is a problem with the goods you have purchased, we may provide a repair, replacement or other type of ‘remedy’. The type of remedy available depends on the nature of the problem and whether it is considered a major or minor failure.

CHANGE OF MIND

Station Gate is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can however choose a store credit or exchange, upon assessment.

A proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt) is required at the time of your return.
